It was a time of expansion and conquest around the world

The roman expansion started around 400 B.C. We began conquering places like colonies in
the Po-Valley. Italy was under Roman control. We eventually conquered Britannia, Hispania,
Gallia, Achaea, Judea, and North African coastal region.
